  • Your baby spends more than time awake than usual without whatever fussiness. Typically around 4-5 hours straight.

How to Transition to One Nap

Your baby may spend a few weeks bouncing back and forth between one and ii naps. (It'south almost like he needs one-and-a-half naps per day!) Many parents detect that the best strategy for this "in-between" menstruation is to at least have a midmorning remainder fourth dimension (with white noise, and possibly, a footling reading or massage). If your child seems antsy, allow them watch twenty minutes of a calming Sesame Street episode or a nature bear witness (no cartoons, delight).
